If you work in or service the retail industry this will be old news for you, that being said however the new Amazon “Go” will revolutionise the customer journey on the high street and also help cut down on crime, speed up the customer journey and bring a new user experience. We are of course still awaiting a date for a potential uk roll out and not to mention for more stores in the US but now is a good time to be excited thats for sure.
